Removing 2FA


If the previous device you used for 2FA is no longer relevant, you can remove the 2FA link from your account.

1. Navigate to your profile page

Access your profile by clicking the profile button on the top right corner of your organization's Merchant Portal, then click Profile and Settings


2. Remove the Authentication method

Click the Delete cross button next to the Authentication method to remove it.

2FA is mandatory

Beginning from your next login, you have 10 days to set up 2FA. After these 10 days, your account will be blocked.
