What is SFTP?

Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), is a secure communication protocol used for transferring files.

Merchants can utilize SFTP to send batches of asynchronous transactions by preparing a file (or files) containing the transaction data and securely transferring it to Flex.

This method is efficient for handling bulk transactions outside of real-time processing, allowing for the asynchronous processing of payments.

How to retrieve your SFTP credentials

You need to have SFTP enabled for your account

If you cannot find any SFTP credentials, this might be due to your configuration not being set up for this feature. please reach out to [email protected]

In the Developer Section, select the SFTP page.

SFTP allows you to send Flex batches of failed/successful transactions for subscriptions without integration.
